Equipping
Training believers to understand Scripture, spiritual authority, identity, gifts, leadership and Kingdom responsibility.
Raising Leaders
Developing mature leaders who can carry God's assignment with character, competence and spiritual authority.
Sending
Releasing disciples into their God-given territories and assignments.
Multiplying
Developing leaders who can raise other leaders and establish new expressions of the Kingdom.
Transforming
Influencing communities, institutions, cities and nations through the Gospel and Kingdom culture.

Gather
We gather people unto Christ — creating communities where people encounter Jesus, encounter truth and encounter the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

Govern
We teach believers their Kingdom responsibility. The Church is called to represent the King and demonstrate His values in the earth.

Equip
We equip the saints for the work of ministry — through teaching, discipleship, prayer, prophetic ministry, spiritual formation and practical Kingdom training.
IV
Send
We do not disciple people merely to keep them within our walls. We prepare them to go — into families, businesses, schools, government, communities, cities and nations.

Transform
Our measure is not merely attendance. We want Christ to be seen in people, families, communities, institutions and territories.

Govern
We teach believers their Kingdom responsibility
The Church is called to represent the King and demonstrate His values in the earth. Kingdom government is not political domination; it is faithful representation of Christ wherever a believer stands.
Equip
We equip the saints for the work of ministry
Through teaching, discipleship, leadership development, prayer, prophetic ministry, spiritual formation and practical Kingdom training, believers are prepared for assignment.
Send
We prepare people to go

Transform
Our measure is transformation, not attendance
We want Christ to be seen in people, families, communities, institutions and territories. A believer's presence in a place should change what that place becomes.
