Formation
Develop character, spiritual disciplines, identity and maturity. Gifting can open a door; character keeps you in the room.
Empowerment
Learn to walk with the Holy Spirit and function in spiritual gifts and Kingdom authority.
Leadership
Discover leadership capacity and develop the ability to serve others well.
Commission
Identify and pursue your Kingdom assignment — the territory God has given you to represent Christ in.
Kingdom Leadership
We are not merely raising church workers.
We are raising Kingdom leaders.
We believe one of the greatest responsibilities of the Church is to raise people who can carry God's purpose into their generation.
